Location is close enough to downtown and campus to be convenient, but not so close that it's crowded or noisy. Also very very close to the stadium! Downtown is only a 10 minute walk, while the Union can be reached in about half an hour or less on foot, and there are sidewalks (and bicycle lanes!) the whole way. If walking in the summer heat isn't your thing, bus stops for both the 1 and the 6 CityBus loops are located close by.
