Walnut St. and 17th St. It is conveniently located 4 blocks away from the IU stadium, is within walking distance from downtown, and is on the BT bus routes. Living at Scholar’s Rock is convenient and stress-free with its onsite laundry facilities, free cable and hi-speed internet in the community rooms, indoor bike storage, additional storage space at no extra cost, and also all or most utilities paid. Whether you have a maintenance issue or need to stop by the office for stamps, change, copies, faxes, or just want to grab a soda or snack, someone is always available. We even have an emergency line for after hours and weekend maintenance problems!
Great place if you are tired of roommates and want some peace and quiet. The apartment is near Indiana University, about three blocks west of the stadium. Buses are nearby to campus as well.
This apartment features wood laminate flooring, a queen-sized Murphy bed (folds out from the wall), a four burner stove and oven, vaulted ceilings, and a full bath with stand up shower.
Most utilities are included in the rent. The only utility you are responsible for is the electric which runs about $35.00 – 40.00/mo.
